We do not provide legal or financial investment advice.

2.2 Service Process

  1. Form Submission – Clients complete an online form with tax details.

  2. Verification Call – A tax expert confirms information before proceeding.

  3. Document Upload – Clients securely submit tax documents.

  4. Tax Return Preparation – We optimize and prepare the return.

  5. Review & Payment – Clients review the summary and make payment.

  6. Filing – Once payment is received, we file the return with CRA and Revenu Québec.

No tax return is filed until full payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

MaxRefund is not liable for delays or penalties due to incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.2 No Refunds Policy

Since tax preparation is a customized service, once a tax return has been prepared, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

✅ We provide a Lifetime Guarantee—if an error on our part leads to reassessment, we cover any penalties or interest.

However, we are not responsible for:

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the tax service.
